Our removals vehicles
All our removals vehicles are Volkswagen 3.5t luton transits and therefore are best equipped for 2-3 bedroom removals or the delivery of heavy and/or large furnishings.
A luton can hold up to 700 cubic feet.

Work Hours

London based removals jobs: This starts the moment the movers get on site and ends the moment the removal job or delivery has finished.
Outside the M25: Journey there and back + loading and unloading. Our hourly rates apply.

Insurance

Our Goods in Transit insurance covers your property for up to £5000.
It is therefore your responsibility to inform us if your property exceeds this amount.
IMPORTANT: please note that all items must be adequately wrapped. We will not be held responsible for any breakages or damage caused to any unwrapped or inappropriately protected items.

Cancellations

All cancellations will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee unless otherwise specified.

Parking

It is your responsibility to provide us with parking dispensations whenever needed. If we incur any form of parking fine whilst carrying out a job for you, this will automatically be added to your final invoice! For parking advice contact your local council.

Congestion Charge

The Congestion Charge (£10) will be added to all London removals and deliveries carried out within the Congestion Zone!
