"My wife and I moved recently from our 1 bedroom flat in Hampstead to a 2 bedroom flat in Primrose Hill. Intially, we contacted 4 different removals companies and although they were all reasonably professional, my wife and I decided to do a little more research. Eventually, we came across Citymules and they were brilliant from beginning to end. The lady who organised everything was very sensitive to our needs, polite and a pleasure to talk to. A chap came round to assess the flat to give us an estimate. He was friendly, efficient and professional and his estimate ended up being spot on. "Incredible service. We were immediately struck by the helpful friendly attitude of Laura who dealt with and organised everything to do with the move (which was an office move). Laura advised us where we could get good packing boxes as we had a great deal to take with us and it made much more sense if we did the packing. The staff of CityMules who came on site for the job (Gary, Lyle and Rob) worked tirelessly and extremely hard. It was a difficult and long job with lots of steps at both offices, and a lot of boxes. Gary and the team didn't make the slightest fuss at all. They were always good humoured, super hero strong, and highly professional. They looked after our things, and transported them with great care. And were just frankly a total pleasure to work with. They had the most amazing attitude.
