Tariffs

1 man & van with up to £10000 cover: £55 per hour*
2 men & van with up to £10000 cover: £65 per hour*
3 men & van with up to £10000 cover: £75 per hour*

*Please note that we do not charge VAT.

**Please note that the above prices apply solely for movers working on the same job and at the same location.If a person or company hires movers to carry out separate jobs on separate locations then each job will be charged individually.

All bookings will be subject to a non-refundable call-out charge of £25 to be paid in advance.

Experience has taught us that giving a fixed quote per job is unfair on our customers and therefore on ourselves. We understand that in the course of having your goods moved, unexpected things arise. With this in mind, we prefer to give you an hourly rate based on your needs.

Payment for all domestic moves that take more than one day must be settled daily.

Extras

Sundays, Bank holidays and all jobs outside business hours (9am - 6pm) will incur a £5 surcharge per hour.

Packing service

All our packers are fully trained to handle your goods with care.

* Wrapping of fragile items, furniture etc...
* Dismantling and reassembling of furniture.
* We also advise that packing take place a day
   before the move.

Each packer costs £25 per hour.

Packing materials

We provide all the necessary packing materials such as Multi-kits, boxes, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap, plastic sheeting, masking tape etc... Please email us for more details. info@citymules.co.uk

IMPORTANT! Please note that our Goods in Transit Insurance policy will not cover any item which has not been adequately wrapped by the customer. You will however automatically qualify for our £10000 Goods in Transit Insurance if you use our packing service.

Waiting time: The full hourly rate will be charged.

It is your responsibility to provide us with parking dispensations whenever needed. If we incur any form of parking fine whilst carrying out a job for you, this will automatically be added onto your final invoice.
